4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

5.2 Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

5.4 Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Maintenance windows may occur with or without advance notice
Third-party voting sites may be temporarily unavailable
We are not responsible for votes lost due to external factors

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SynVote, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party voting site policies or changes

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law
