Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund for your subscription or purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

However, under Article 16(a) of the same directive, this right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services if the consumer has expressly requested that the service begins immediately and has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the service begins.

3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

SynVote is a digital service that begins immediately after payment. When you subscribe, you must explicitly consent that:

  • Your subscription activates immediately
  • You waive your 14-day withdrawal right
  • No refunds will be issued after service activation

4. Non-Refundable Policy

Once you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal and your subscription is activated, all payments are non-refundable. This includes:

  • Initial subscription fee
  • Monthly recurring charges
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual)
  • Unused portions of your subscription period
  • Plan upgrades or downgrades

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

5. Service Availability and Vote Failures

While we strive to maintain the highest level of service stability and reliability, refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Vote failures caused by third-party voting sites being unavailable or changing their systems
  • Vote failures caused by changes in third-party site policies that block automated voting
  • Vote failures due to circumstances beyond our control, regardless of duration
  • Temporary outages or service interruptions
  • Planned maintenance windows (announced in advance)

Despite our best efforts to ensure maximum stability, the nature of automated voting services means that external factors beyond our control may occasionally affect vote success rates. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this inherent limitation.

6. Exceptions

We will issue refunds or credits only in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Complete service unavailability: If our service is completely down for more than 7 consecutive days due to issues entirely on our end
  • Fraud or misrepresentation: If we fail to deliver the service as described
  • Technical impossibility: If we cannot provide the service due to issues entirely within our control

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Consequences of chargebacks:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended during investigation
  • If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unjustified, your account may be permanently banned
  • Unjustified chargebacks may be reported to payment fraud databases
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

8. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges:

  1. Via PayPal: Log in to your PayPal account → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → Find "SynVote" → Cancel
  2. Via Settings Page: Go to Settings → Subscription → Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Via Support: Contact us via chat or email at SynVotePayment@gmail.com

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does NOT refund the current billing period. You will retain access until the end of your paid period.

9. Automatic Renewals

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • You will be charged automatically on your renewal date
  • We will send a reminder email 3 days before renewal (if notifications are enabled)
  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge
  • Once a renewal payment is processed, it is non-refundable

8. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund (within 14-day guarantee period), follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via support chat on our platform

    • Your account email
    • Subscription plan purchased
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for refund request
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

9. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service
  • You have been banned for fraudulent activity or abuse
  • You are requesting a refund outside the 14-day guarantee period (unless exceptional circumstances apply)
  • You "forgot" to cancel before renewal (this is your responsibility)
  • You did not use the Service (unused subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days)
  • Third-party issues beyond our control (voting site changes, Minecraft server issues)
